WARNING TO THE MEEK: These instructions may seem complex. They really aren't. Its just difficult to describe, in words, how to create such a device. I recommend reading the instructions, studying the diagrams, and improvising where necessary.
Please see the diagram below.
1. Glue one CD-R to the top of the CD spindle post. Make sure the post sticks about a quarter of an inch through the center of the CD hole. (This serves to keep the lung [the plastic bread bag] inflated as you operate the machine.)
2. Glue the bottom of the bread bag to the top of the CD-R. (The bread bag is part of the lung; it will hold some of the smoke.)
3. Put the bottom (the open end) of the outter case of the CD spindle about two inches down into the open end of the bread bag. Rubber band the bread bag around the bottom of the outter case. Make sure that there is an airtight seal formed so no smoke escapes.
4. Melt a hole with a soldering gun in the top of the CD case just big enough to fit the flexible tube into. Insert the flexible tube into the whole about a quarter of an inch. Glue the tube to the case to make and check the seal.
5. Melt another hole in the case just large enough to stick your bowl into. Insert your bowl into the whole. If you don't need the bowl back, glue it into the case so there is a tight seal. If you plan on removing the bowl, use a small latex rubber band (the kind you had to wear when you had braces) around the bottom of the bowl to improve the seal.
6. (Optional) Melt a hole about 2 inches down from the top in the 1 liter water bottle. Make the hole just big enough to insert the other end of the tube. Push the tube through the hole until the tube reaches the bottom of the bottle. Glue the tube into the bottle and check the seal. If desired add a small "shotgun" hole to the side to make the bong easier to clear.
